The surroundings       

The campsite is situated in a hilly part of the Lot
with many castles, small villages, caves, vineyards
and caracteristic markets and is surely worth a visit.

A small selection:

Montcabrier, just a stroll away from the campsite

                   Bonaguil castle

Puy l'Eveque, one of the oldest towns in the area
on the river Lot at 6 km from the campsite

The beautifull gardens of Fumel town-hall offer a nice view over the river Lot
In Fumel you can find supermarkets, a postoffice, banks and all other facilities

A bit further afield but worth a visit there is Cahors, capital of the Lot
as well as Rocamadour, second best known tourist attraction of France.
